In this Basic 12 week course of "Bridge 4 Renewal” you will become familiar with Life tools that can transform your life by bridging the gap of living an Unbalanced life to a more Healthy and balanced way of living. 

These tools consist of learning to establish healthy limits with yourself as well as setting healthy boundaries with others through Basic Christian principles of

1) Being Present in the moment

2) Acceptance of self and Acceptance of others

3) Forgiveness of your self and Forgiveness of others

4) Learning to have Compassion for yourself and give Compassion to others

5) Having and practicing Unconditional Love for yourself as well as Others

Other Items include “Remaining unattached to an outcome” therefore allowing God to have Control as we remain in the present moment doing only our part and allowing God to do his.
